Note: Users from the United States and Germany are not permitted to use the Bartex Platform.

Bartex enables you to place buy and sell orders through its trading interface. We do not guarantee instant execution for every order and are not liable for any delays or market-related discrepancies.

Trading financial products involves substantial risk. You acknowledge the possibility of financial loss, including the loss of your full capital, and agree that Bartex is not responsible for such losses.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Legal Compliance

You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding trading, taxation, and the use of digital financial platforms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:
